Although this is a universal lived experience, not everyone has social support or a plan for how to navigate this process. Life transitions, including motherhood, marriage, new school are just a few examples of events in life that are often challenging. Therapy is an effective method of providing additional support to help these life transitions seem less daunting and more doable. Emily is committed to working alongside clients to understand their lived experiences, while improving quality of life. Emily is certified in perinatal mental health.
